Our Design Service Guarantee

DWD guarantees satisfaction with your custom website design, graphic design, and logo design. After personally working with you to collect the information we need to design your custom website, the first phase of our design process is to provide you with screenshots of what your website will look like. Before we begin to program, you must be completely satisfied with any custom design work we have created for you. Please understand that because we are designing a custom website specifically for you, it may require a revisions to get exactly what you would expect. Multiple revisions may effect the estimated time lines.

Once you have accepted and approved the designs, we move on to the programming part of our process. Any changes to the design of the website at this point will be charged on an hourly basis. Please make sure to submit any and all design changes prior to approving your design for programming.

Our Maintenance Service Guarantee

Our warranty for website maintenance service spans for up to 1 year. That means that we will fix any defect found on the codes we produced on your website or any typographical error found in your content for 1 year after its delivery – free of charge.

Quoted Timeframe 

DWD will strive get your work completed within the estimated time frame you receive in your formal quote. This timeline varies from project to project and can change due to client communication gaps in the approval process .
